All journal entries are encrypted end-to-end. This means only you can read your entries — not even our team has access to your content.

Your data is stored on secure, SOC 2 compliant servers. We use industry-standard encryption protocols for data in transit and at rest. Regular security audits ensure our infrastructure meets the highest standards.

Your rights

You have the right to access, export, or delete your data at any time. You can download a complete copy of your journal entries from the app settings. If you choose to delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.

For users in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under the GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to restrict processing.
